All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or payment credentials.
We process and dispatch orders promptly. In case the parcel arrives tampered, open, or damaged, please reject the delivery. We are not responsible for accepted deliveries with signs of tampering. A full unboxing video is required to initiate a replacement.
Returns are accepted only if the delivered item is visibly damaged or tampered. Items damaged inside the sealed box will be replaced, not refunded. No returns are accepted for other reasons like change of mind or incorrect product selection by the customer.
We do not offer refunds under any condition, except when the payment is deducted and the order is not placed successfully. In that case, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. No refund will be issued for wrongly placed orders, delivery delays, or post-delivery damage reports.
