Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RustGo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality products. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

We do not provide any refunds once an order is placed and successfully processed. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to this policy and understands that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Mistaken Orders

If an order is placed by mistake, we are not responsible for such cases. No refund shall be processed for orders placed in error by the customer.

3. Replacements Only

We only offer product replacement in genuine cases of defect or damage during delivery. A clear video proof of unboxing is mandatory for replacement requests. The video must show the sealed package from all angles and the opening process.

4. Failed Transaction Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the rare case where a payment is debited from the customer's account, but the order is not placed successfully. Such refunds are initiated back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
